B.Tech – Communication & Computer Engineering (CCE)

The B.Tech in Communication & Computer Engineering (CCE) aims to address current and future needs of the industry which is witnessing rapid convergence in telecommunications and information systems due to Digital Transformation and Industry 4.0. Industry 4.0 has ushered in Internet of Things (IOT) based on wireless sensor network technologies that will communicate and co-exist with wireless broadband networks both fixed and mobile.

Industries now require a new breed of engineers with the requisite knowledge and skills in both telecommunications and computer engineering – the Communication and Computer Engineer. The goal of the programme is to create a new class of engineers with technical knowledge in Digital Control, Digital Signal Processing, System on Chip, Communication Protocols, Internet of Things (IOT), Sensor Networks, ADC/DAC, Micro-controller, Broadband and Wireless Communication Architecture as well as in Cloud and Edge Computing, Information Encryption and Decryption, Data Science, AI & Machine Intelligence. As a CCE Engineer, you will plan, design, implement, deploy and maintain reliable & secure networked information systems using the latest generations of integrated communications & network technologies for complex business environments of the 21st century.
