Sanjay Kumar Biswash received his Ph.D. degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad in 2012. Dr. Biswash work experience includes working in reputed national and international institutes. He has held the position of Associate Professor in VPKBIET, Baramati, Pune; Research Doc position at the National Laboratory of Scientific Computing (LNCC), RJ Brazil and Post-Doc position at San Diego State University, CA, USA. He was a visiting researcher at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. He was an Assistant Professor (on contract) at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad, India. His main research interests are in the areas of Network Management, Mobility Management, 5G Networks, Device-centric Networks, Green Networks, and Bio-inspired Networks. His key focus is on QoS and QoE for wireless cellular networks. He has 35 publications in peer reviewed journals and international conferences. He serves as an editorial board member for ACM/Springer Mobile Network Application (Guest Editor), Wireless Personal Communication (Springer-Verlag), and Frontiers of Mechatronical Engineering. He is an active member of “6G Mobile Task Force”, and a reviewer in many reputed international journals/conferences such as IEEE TPDS, IEEE Wireless Networks, JNCA, COMCOM, IEEE VTC, etc.
