Prashant Srivastava has earned his Bachelor of Science (Computer Science), Master of Science (Computer Science), and Doctor of Philosophy (Computer Science) from University of Allahabad, Allahabad, India. His areas of research interest include Image Processing, Computer Vision, Pattern Recognition, and Content-Based Image Retrieval. He did his Doctor of Philosophy in the area of Content-Based Image Retrieval using Multiresolution Techniques. He has published twelve research papers (5 journal papers, out of which 4 are in SCI publication and one in Scopus indexed publication, 6 papers in International Conference proceedings and 1 book chapter in the book titled Web Usage Mining Techniques and Applications Across Industries). He received ‘Best Paper Presentation Award’ at International Workshop on Pattern Recognition (IWPR-2017) held at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (1st May 2017 to 3rd May 2017).
