Dr. Gaurav Gupta is an Associate Professor at NU in the area of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. He holds a PhD. degree in Life Sciences from Jadavpur University (Bose Institute, India). Dr. Gupta has received a Masters in Technology degree in Biotechnology from Jadavpur University and a Masters in Sciences degree in Zoology from University of Calcutta. Dr Gupta's research focus is on host pathogen interaction and cellular imunology where has undergone extensive research training during his doctoral and post doctoral research assignments. He has over 20 publications in national and international journals and also serves as guest editor and reviewers for international journals.
