Dr. Pritam Rooj received his Ph.D. in Pure Mathematics from the University of Calcutta, Kolkata in 2017. Prior to that he received his B.Sc.(Honours) in 2007 from Presidency College, Kolkata and M.Sc. in 2010 from Ramakrishna Mission Vidyamandira, Belur Math. Before joining his Ph.D. he served as a Part time lecturer of Mathematics for 5 months in Mrinalini Datta College, Kolkata. Also, he served as an Assistant Professor (UGC FDP Scheme) of Mathematics in Surendranath College, Kolkata for 1.5 years. His interest includes Topology, Analysis, Algebra. He has several publications in peer reviewed international journals.
