Fees and Scholarships
At NU, we are committed to ensuring that our students have access to affordable holistic education. We offer a variety of merit-based scholarships and tuition fee waivers for our registered students.
NU in collaboration with Buddy4Study provides access to students to a wide range of scholarships and sponsored funding from the Application Stage itself in order to pursue higher education. This association brings awareness and facilitates prospective students to explore all funding options and avail of what suits them thus assisting them to take the first step in their academic journey leading towards a financially independent life. Fee Structure
NU’s fee structure comprises of both mandatory one-time fees and recurring fees for the student’s tuition and living expenses at the university.
Parents or guardians of students can choose from the following two payment plans:
- Annual payment plan – fees paid at the start of the year
- Semester payment plan – fees paid for one semester at a time
One-time fee
Applicable to all students applying for any course.

Note:
- The Refundable security deposit amount will be refunded to the student on completion of the programme, subject to any deductions on account of any books not returned to the library or any damage caused to the equipment and infrastructure of the University, etc.
* The Acceptance Fee ensures that the seat in the programme for which they have been selected and the Merit Scholarship which has been offered to them, remain secured for them and certain Early Admissions benefits of subsequent interactions and learning opportunities such as the Head Start Workshop (HSW), Camp Future, Learn from Masters series of lectures (LFM) are applicable.
- For students confirming Acceptance in the EAD this year, ₹5000 out of ₹20,000 will be non-refundable.
- For students who go on to enrol later in the year, ₹15,000 will be adjusted against applicable Tuition fee
- For students who choose to not enrol and seek refund , ₹15,000 will be refunded after June 2024

Scholarships
NU offers several scholarships to encourage and support meritorious applicants. We understand the diverse needs of our students, and therefore, we have divided the scholarships into various categories.
Academic merit is rewarded even after admission. Students have the opportunity to aim for better scholarships if they exceed their academic grades.
