1. FEE PAYMENT PLANS
a) Lump sum Payment Plan (LPP).
b) Annual Payment Plan (APP).
c) Trimester Payment Plan (TPP).
NOTE: All fees can be paid in cash, through electronic transfer, or by Crossed Demand Draft drawn in favor of NIIT University, payable at New Delhi.
a) LUMP SUM PAYMENT PLAN (LPP)
The fees in the Lump Sum Payment Plan (LPP) is INR 9,84,000 (Rupees Nine Lakhs and Eighty Four Thousand only), covering university and hostel fees for 2 years. Fees is payable as down payment at the time of enrollment.
Down payment ensures that the candidate is protected from all escalations and increases which can occur in the fees in the subsequent years.
Note: In addition to the above, one time refundable interest-free security deposit of INR 25,000 (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) is payable at the time of enrollment in addition to the above mentioned fees. The admission acceptance fee of Rs. 10,000 is adjusted against the security deposit. Also, mess charges are applicable at actuals (currently estimated at approximately INR 3,300 per month) payable in advance every month.
b) ANNUAL PAYMENT PLAN (APP)
The total fees payable by the candidate in the Annual Payment Plan (APP) is as per the table below. The first year’s fees is payable at the time of enrollment. The subsequent years’ fees is payable in advance by June 01 every year.

2. REFUND RULES
REFUND OF INTEREST-FREE SECURITY DEPOSIT
The deposit amount will be refunded to the student on completion of the four- year programme subject to any deductions on account of any books not returned to the library or any damages caused to the equipment and infrastructure of the University, etc.
REFUND OF TRIMESTER/ANNUAL/LUMP SUM FEES
The trimester/annual/lump sum fees will be refunded subject to a deduction of INR10, 000 (Rupees Ten thousand only) towards processing charges, under any of the following conditions:
1. If the candidate has not secured minimum marks in the Degree examinations as specified in the admission offer letter. The intimation on occurrence of such an event should be received by the Admissions Coordinator along with the attested copy of the mark-sheet latest by June 15, 2012.
2. University receives a written request from the candidate stating intent to not pursue the MBA programme at NU on or before May 31, 2012.
After the Trimester/Annual/Lump sum fees are refunded, validity of the admission is terminated immediately.
REFUND OF ACCEPTANCE FEE
The Acceptance fee of INR 10,000 is non-refundable.
PROCESSING TIME
The refund will be processed within four weeks of receiving the request and the same being accepted by the University.
