Mr. Vinay Kumar Kainthola is an Assistant Librarian at NU. With exposure of ICT in library management, he has developed expertise in Library Automation, Digital Library and Use of Web 2.0 Tools in the information dissemination and management. While at IMSEC, he was instrumental in the establishment of one of the best Hybrid Central Library (amongst private engineering colleges in NCR). He was also instrumental in the development of Gyanodaya (In-house) Library Management Software, institutional repository on Finance at NIFM. His main focus in the library is on user participation, user education and training, satisfaction and continues improvement in library services and management.
