About Me:

Dr. Kapil Pandla has done Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and MBA (HR) from MDS University, Ajmer. He is serving NIIT University as Associate Professor in Management. Prior to joining NIIT University he was working with Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. He has also worked with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, Aravali Institute of Management, Jodhpur, Management and Commerce Institute of Global Synergy, Ajmer etc. He has published several research papers and case studies. His case study titled ‘Honda Crisis: Lessons to be learnt’ related to industrial relations was adjudged as one of the best case by the editorial board amongst various entries from countries like France, Germany, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka etc. He has presented research papers in International Conferences at IIM Bangalore, IIT Kanpur etc.

He is also reviewer of prestigious `International Journal of Stress Management (APA)`.

Besides this he has also conducted various Management Development and Faculty Development Programmes on topics such as Team Building, Self Development, Workshop on Effective Teaching Methods (Role Plays, Game, Case Studies etc.).
