| Prof. Rajeev Shorey
Rajeev Shorey received Ph.D and MS (Engg) in Electrical Communication Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bangalore, India in 1997 and 1991 respectively. He received his B.E degree in Computer Science and Engineering from IISc, Bangalore in 1987.
Prior to joining NIIT University, Prof. Shorey was in General Motors India Science Laboratory (ISL), Bangalore. He was the Lab Group Manager of the Vehicle Communications and Information Management Group at GM ISL. Prior to joining GM Research, Dr. Shorey was a Research Staff Member at the IBM Research Laboratory, New Delhi from 1998 to 2005. From 1996 to 1998, Dr. Shorey was at SASKEN Technologies, Bangalore as a Project Lead of the Wireless Systems group. Dr. Shorey was an adjunct faculty in the Computer Science Dept at IIT, Delhi from 1998 to 2005. He was a faculty in the Computer Science Dept at the National University of Singapore from 2003 to 2004, while on leave from IBM Research Labs in New Delhi.
Prof. Shorey’s work has resulted in more than 50 publications in international journals and conferences and several US patents, all in the area of wireless and wired networks. He has 10 issued US patents and several pending patents to his credit.
Prof. Shorey serves on the Editorial boards of IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing and Wireless Networks Journal of Mobile Communication, Computation and Information. He has thrice been the guest editor of IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications. He is the editor of the book titled “Mobile, Wireless and Sensor Networks: Technology, Applications and Future Directions” published by John Wiley, US in March 2006. Dr. Shorey serves as the General Chair or the Technical Program Committee Chair of several international conferences. He is the General Co-Chair of the Sixth ACM International Workshop on VehiculAr Inter-NETworking (VANET 2009), a workshop in conjunction with ACM MobiCom 2009 that will be held in Beijing, China. He is the Steering Committee Chair of COMSNETS conference that has now become one of the leading conferences in India in the area of Networks and Communications. Dr. Shorey has given numerous talks, tutorials and seminars in industry and academia all over the world.
For his contributions in the area of Communication Networks, Prof. Shorey was elected Fellow of the Indian National Academy of Engineering in 2007. He is a Fellow of the Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers, India. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and a Member of ACM.

| Prof. Parimal Mandke
Parimal Mandke is currently the Dean, Academic Affairs at NIIT University.
With formal qualifications of M.Sc (Bombay University), M.Sc Tech (BITS, Pilani) and Ph.D (BITS, Pilani), her experience spans over 35 years. For the first 15 years of her career, she was a Faculty member and Dean, Educational Consultancy at BITS, Pilani. During her stint at BITS, Pilani, she gave leadership to development of innovative programs of studies, both, on-Campus and Off-Campus, noteworthy among them being the off-campus M S (S&T) Program, developed in collaboration with CSIR for working scientists of the CSIR system.
As Chief, Higher Education, NIIT, Prof. Parimal contributed to the design of innovative GNIIT/ANIIT/FNIIT programs and industry-linked Professional Practice. She developed educational alliances with over a dozen Indian and international universities. She has significantly contributed towards establishment and development of NIIT University for the past eight years.
Prof. Parimal has presented papers and co-authored books in the areas of S&T, R&D Management, and Education. She has taught courses in Technology Management, R&D Management, Scientific Method and designed innovative research-driven course like Contemporary Issues. Her areas of expertise include university development, university partnerships and the academic discipline of S&T.

| Prof. Sunil Khanna
Prof Sunil Khanna is currently Dean Planning and also Professor of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics. He started his career as a Graduate Research Associate in Waite Agricultural Research Institute, University of Adelaide, South Australia in 1983 and then moved to work as a Research Fellow with Microbiology and Molecular Genetics Division, University of Cincinnati, Ohio in January 1984. In September 1985, he joined TERI as Area convener fellow and worked at that position till March 1992 to be promoted as Dean, Biotechnology in April 1992 till January 1996. He moved to Tata Energy and Resources Institute, U.S.A as Vice President in Feb 1996 till June 1998. He came back to India in July 1998 and was associated with TERI as Principal Investigator for their research projects.
Prof Sunil Khanna has held various positions with Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology (TIET) from October 2000 to July 2005—Dean, Resource Generation and Planning (2003 onwards), Executive Director, Science & Technology Entrepreneurs Park (STEP), Coordinator, Center for Relevance and Excellence (CORE), Head and Professor, Department of Biotechnology and Environmental Sciences. He then joined NIIT University as Dean, Planning, and Professor of Biotechnology and Bioinformatics.
In terms of his educational background, Prof Khanna is a PhD (Biochemistry), 1983 from Waite Agricultural Research Institute, Adelaide, Australia. He did his Masters in 1978 from the Indian Agricultural Research Institute, New Delhi, India. He completed his graduation in (Botany [Hons]) in 1976 from Delhi University.
Prof Sunil Khanna is a member of a number of societies in India and abroad, and has also worked as Editor-in-Chief of the Indian Journal of Microbiology from 1993 to1996. His publications include 56 papers in peer-reviewed journals/books, 70 papers in conference proceedings/meetings, 20 technical reports, 3 reviews in books, and 2 books. |
| Dr. Sumit Kaur Bhatia
Sumit Kaur Bhatia did her Ph.D in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi. She did her M. Sc in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi in 2005 and did her B.Sc (Hons) Mathematics from Delhi University in 2003 wherein she topped the second and final year of her graduation. Dr. Sumit works in the area of Partial Differential Equations and in her work she obtained the existence, uniqueness and multiplicity results for some elliptic partial differential equations. During her Ph.D, she also visited “Laboratoire de Mathe´matiques Applique´es de Pau, France” in 2008 for a period of three months for collaborative research work. She has four research publications in leading International Journals to her credit. She has also worked as a Visiting Faculty in a Delhi University.
She is an Assistant Professor in NIIT University in Mathematics.

| Dr Gurpyari Bhatnagar
Dr Gurpyari Bhatnagar did her Ph.D in English from Agra University in 2004. She did her post-graduation in English from Dayalbagh Educational Institute in 1998 and graduation in English from Delhi University in 1996. Her forte is Criticism and she has presented papers at the national as well as international conferences held at various prestigious universities including B.H.U, Varanasi . She has received the second best paper award at the national conference held at University of Petroleum,Dehradun. Her article has been published in the book,’Women Writers in English’, Atlantic Publications. Prior to joining NIIT University,she was working at Graphic Era University,Dehradun where she officiated as the Head of the Department of Professional Communication. She has also received the certificate of appreciation for the best teacher by EDUCOMP in 2007.

Nutan Bharati has done her M.Phil and Ph.D in Educational Technology from University of Delhi. Education, Research and Evaluation in Information and Communication Technologies, Media and Teacher Education are her key areas of specialization. She has held faculty positions in various educational institutions of repute and presented papers in prestigious journals for furthering the cause of academic dialogue.
She is currently an Associate Professor in Educational Technology at NIIT University.

| Dr. Gurendra Nath Bhardwaj
Dr. Gurendra Nath Bhardwaj, is a dedicated researcher in practice since 2000 with 13 years teaching and 3 years industry experience He has a rich experience in the areas of Financial Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, Financial Risk Management, and Taxation for Business Planning and many in the line. He is also academically inclined and found time to teach in various professional accounting bodies and conducted many MDPs on finance for non finance executives. Before joining NIIT University he was Associate Professor at IILM Graduate School of Management, Greater Noida. He has also chaired Research & Publication Committee at Amity Business School, Noida. He has more than 50 research papers published & presented at various national & international seminars & journals of repute. Currently he is working as Associate Professor in the area of Finance at NIIT University. .

| Arindam Chaudhuri
Arindam Chaudhuri took his doctorate in Computer Science from Netaji Subhas University, Kolkata. His current research interests include Fuzzy Logic, Artificial Neural Networks, Genetic Algorithms, Rough Sets and Optimization Algorithms. His interdisciplinary doctoral research work entitled “Studies in Applications of Soft Computing to Some Optimization Problems” focuses in the development of different Hybrid Soft Computing paradigms such as Neuro-Fuzzy, Fuzzy-Genetic, Rough-Neuro-Fuzzy-Genetic etc for various categories of Optimization Problems describing the basic mathematical methods associated with Soft Computing such as Fuzzy Logic and Rough Sets. Most of his research work has been published in IEEE Transactions, Springer, Elsevier and ACM resulting in 11 publications in peer reviewed International Journals, 3 Book Chapters and 8 International Conference Proceedings. He has won Best Paper Award from Vinod Gupta School of Management, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur for his work “Discovering Stock Price Prediction Rules of Bombay Stock Exchange Using Rough Fuzzy Multi Layer Perception Networks” in 2008. He holds dual Master Degrees in Operations Research and Computer Applications and MTech Degree in Computer Science. Prior to joining NIIT University, he worked as a Lecturer (Computer Science) with Birla Institute of Technology Mesra, Patna Campus. He is presently working as an Assistant Professor in Computer Science Engineering at NIIT University.

| Dr. Anurag Dugar
Dr. Anurag has around eleven years of enriching experience with top names in industry and academics, including – Leeds Metropolitan University (UK), Indian Institute of Management (Bangalore), ICFAI (Hyderabad), Amity Business School, Gyan Vihar University, JIMS, Usha International Limited, NBSPL-Mumbai etc.
Along with a doctorate from University of Rajasthan, he is also a qualified MBA (Marketing), PGDBM (Marketing) and Masters in Commerce (Business Administration). He has got various publications to his credit and is also a regular contributor to conferences. He has presented papers at prestigious international and national level conferences at IIM, Indore, IIM, Bangalore and IIM, Kozikode, amongst others.
His areas of interest include services marketing and brand management. Presently, he is working as an Associate Professor in the Marketing domain at NIIT University.

| Harish Gaur
Born on July 15, 1982, Harish Gaur completed his B.Com and M.Com degrees from the M.D. University of Rohtak and went on to acquire an MBA degree in Finance from the S.M. University, Manipal. His professional qualifications include a UGC–NET in (Commerce), acquired in June 2006. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D from the M.D. University in Rohtak.
Gaur has been teaching for over four years, and prior to joining NU, was working with India’s renowned B School, IIM Ahmedabad, as Academic Associate in Finance and Accounting. Harish Gaur was with the ICFAI National College as a faculty member in Management (Finance and Accounting) for MBA classes from June, 2007 to June, 2009. Brief stints with the M.D. University’s Post Graduate Regional Centre, where he served as part-time faculty and the Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan Mohindergarh, where he was a PGT in Accountancy, marked his early career graph.
He is currently working on a doctoral thesis titled, “An analytical study of value-based management measures in the Indian pharmaceutical industry.” Earlier, he assisted a faculty member at IIM Ahmedabad in research work.
Gaur accumulated administrative experience when he was placement coordinator for the Training and Placement activities within the ICFAI National College and when he was Faculty Guide for 30 students for their Summer Internship Project that lasted three months. He also worked as a Superintendent of Exams with the ICFAI National College and as a warden with Yaduvanshi Shiksha Niketan.

| Dr. Shradha Kanwar
Shradha Kanwar did her Ph.D and M.Phil in English from Himachal Pradesh University, Shimla. Her specialization in Ph.D was in the Survival of the North American Inhabitants. For nearly 2 years she has been working in area of Content Creation, Editorial Services, Project Management, Training & Development and Business Development with Thomson Digital (Part of the India Today Group), NOIDA. She was also designated as Manager–Content Creation and Editorial Services. She spent nearly 11 years in Teaching & Training with reputed academic institutions in India. Dr. Shradha has travelled extensively to several countries like Germany, Russia, Ukraine, Czech, Slovakia, Thailand, Singapore, China and Nepal. And has the experience of working as Member of Education Resource Initiative Community linked with UN Solution Exchange.

Ajay Kumar
Ajay Kumar, is B Sc. from M D University, Rohtak and MBA from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar. He has experience in both corporate and teaching. He has been with Oxigen group during his stint with corporate and later on he joined J K Business School, Gurgaon as a faculty member in marketing area. He is currently pursuing Ph D on the topic of “Exploration of Brand Personality Dimensions and its relationship with Human Personality: A Study with reference to Motor Bikes” from Guru Jambheshwar University of Science and Technology, Hisar.
His research work/papers have got accepted and presented at 5 international conferences including Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata (IIM K). His research work/papers are also selected in 6 national conferences/seminars including Indian Institute of Management, Indore (IIM Indore). Apart from these, he has also attended two workshops on research methodology. Two of his papers are accepted for publication in Journals and more are in pipeline.
Currently, Ajay Kumar is Assistant Professor in Marketing Area at NIIT University.

Dr. Viraj Kumar
Viraj Kumar completed his MS and PhD in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). He was an Assistant Professor at the College of the Holy Cross (Mass., USA) in 2007-09, and was a Visiting Lecturer at UIUC from 2009-11. His interests are in teaching Computer Science, and his research interests include algorithms, automata theory and software verification. He won the President’s Silver Medal at IIT Bombay in 1998 while completing his M.Sc., and has won numerous teaching awards at UIUC.

Vijay Mandke has served as the Professor and the Director of the School of Engineering and Technology at the Indira Gandhi National Open University. Since 1994 he has been working in the research area of Information Integrity.

Shivendra Mathur, did his Ph.D from B.R Ambedkar University, Agra. His area of research was Regional Rural Banks. His professional qualifications include MBA(Marketing), acquired in April 2009 from IBS Hyderabad. He has a working experience of 7 years in various Management Institutes of repute.
His core competency lies in Strategic Marketing, Business Environment, Indian Economy, International Business & International Marketing. Shivendra augmented his administrative skills while working as Controller E-Governance Projects with Drishtee. Besides, his tryst with startups and entrepreneurial skills equips him to analyze business models and theories with microscopic accuracy.

| Prof. Rakesh Mehrotra
Rakesh Mehrotra completed his B.Sc. from the Kanpur University, M.Sc. from IIT Kanpur and Ph.D. from the Australian National University, with Physics being his course of study. He began his career with IIT Kanpur as a Research Assistant. After completing his Ph.D, he joined BITS Pilani as a Lecturer in 1979, and became a professor in 2000. Prof. Mehrotra served at BITS Pilani for over 21 years, teaching a range of subjects including Mechanics, Modern Physics, Electricity and Magnetism, Optics and Wave Motion, Instrumentation Technology, General Science, Quantum Mechanics, IC Fabrication Technology, among others. Apart from teaching courses in these specialised areas, he also played a key role in developing programmes for the institute.
His work on “Optical Elements in Instrumentation,” was used as text book for a part of the course titled “Instrumentation Technology I.” His Lecture Notes on “Physical Universe,” were used as a text book for the “General Science II” programme.
Prof. Mehrotra worked as a coauthor for the Laboratory Manual that was used as the text book for the course on “Measurement Techniques I.”
He has co-authored several papers on a host of topics including Modeling of ESD protection circuits, Semiconductor Devices; Physics of Semiconductor Devices, Reduction of the standing wave effect in positive photo-resist using an antireflection coating; Simulator for resist exposure and etching; Free electron contribution to the work function of metals; Long wave phonon modes and infrared absorption of NaI slab; Electronic structure and adhesive energies at bimetallic interfaces, among others.
As part of his research focus, Prof. Mehrotra has published original papers in international journals in the areas of Solid State Theory and Microelectronics.
Prof. Mehrotra has been a regular participant at meetings, workshops and global conclaves, centred around emerging mechanical technologies, trends in Physics and Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Semiconductor Devices, the Methodology of Science and Mathematics teaching, Multilevel Interconnect Technology, Optical Instrumentation, Solid State Physics, Nuclear Physics, etc.
His experience in cooperate education is based on the fact that he conducted Practice School I and II programmes at CEERI, Pilani, at the Space Application Centre, Ahmedabad and the Birla Museum, Pilani.
He is a member of the Indian Physics Association, the Semiconductor Society of India and a member of the Senate in BITS Pilani. |
Harsha H N
Mr. Harsha H N is an Assistant Professor in Management at NU. Prior to joining NU, he has worked as an Assistant Professor in Management and Coordinator of Placement & Training with Lovely Professional University. He had a brief stint as Marketing Manager with Indian Overseas Bank before joining LPU. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum after which he completed his MBA from IBS Hyderabad in the areas of Marketing and Operations. Harsha’s interests are in the areas Marketing Models, Strategic Management, Open Innovation & Business Modeling.

| Dr. Kapil Pandla
Kapil Pandla has done Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour and MBA (HR) from MDS University, Ajmer. He is presently working at NIIT University as Associate Professor in Management. Prior to joining NIIT University he was working with Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. He has also worked with Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida, Aravali Institute of Management, Jodhpur, Management and Commerce Institute of Global Synergy, Ajmer etc. He has published several research papers and case studies. His case study titled ‘Honda Crisis: Lessons to be learnt’ related to industrial relations was adjudged as one of the best case by the editorial board amongst various entries from countries like France, Germany, Thailand, Malaysia, Sri Lanka etc. He has presented research papers in International Conferences at IIM Bangalore, IIT Kanpur etc.
Besides this he has also conducted various Management Development and Faculty Development Programmes on topics such as Team Building, Self Development, Workshop on Effective Teaching Methods (Role Plays, Game, Case Studies etc.)

| Dr. Anuradha Parasar
Anuradha Parasar is Ph.D in Sociology from JNV University, Jodhpur. She did her M.Sc. in Anthropology, M.A. Sociology, LL.B and PGDHRM. She is Gold Medalist in M.Sc. Anthropology from Rajasthan University, Jaipur. She also secured first rank twice in Language certificate examinations in Rajasthan University. She had worked with IILM Institute for Higher Studies, National Law University, Emmanuel College, MJRP College etc. She has published one Book, four Reading Material Units, eight Research Papers and two Book Reviews. She has presented two papers in International Conference and nine papers in National Conference. She is a member of the Governing Council, IIIT Law, Bangalore and Life Member of Indian Sociological Society, New Delhi, International U3A Society, Udaipur and member of International Sociological Association. She is now Deputy Registrar at NIIT University and is currently teaching a course on Ethics.

| Prof. S. Ramaswamy
S Ramaswamy did his Ph.D in Mathematics from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai. He obtained M.Sc in Mathematics from Loyola College, Madras in 1964. His area of research consisted of solutions to problems in Potential theory, Markov processes and Probability Theory. While in TIFR, he also served as a Visiting Professor in National Polytechnic Institute in Mexico, Center of Stochastic Processes in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, USA. He served as a Professor and then the Head of the Department of Mathematics for nearly ten years in the Pondicherry University. He was a Visiting Professor in the Department of Mathematics, Alagappa University for two years and helped the University in establishing the Ramanujan Center of Higher Mathematics. He has 25 research publications in leading International Journals to his credit.
His research interests include Potential Theory, Probability Theory, Functional Analysis and Partial Differential Equations. He has submitted research papers in Annamalai University, Punjab University, University of Columbia Missouri, Columbia USA, Tufts University, Massachusetts, USA, Carleton University, Canada, Purdue Universsity, USA.

| Vikas Upadhyaya
Vikas Upadhyaya, is an Assistant Professor in Electronics at NU. He graduated in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Rajasthan University after this he completed his M. Tech in Electronics & Communication from Malaviya National Institute of Technology in 2007. He has been teaching for over four years and prior to join NU was working with Techno India, Udaipur campus as Assistant Professor. His research interest includes Digital VLSI Design and Nanoelectronics.

| Debopam Acharya
Dr. Debopam Acharya completed his PhD in Computer Science from University of Missouri, USA in 2006, M. Tech in Computer Science from JNU, New Delhi in 2003, and B.E. in Computer Science from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra in 2000. Prior to joining NU, D. Acharya was an Assistant Professor at Georgia Southern University, Georgia, USA from 2006 to 2011. He was a Software Engineer at Garmin International Inc., Olathe, Kansas, USA, from 2005 to 2006. Dr. Acharya’s research includes development of a wireless java based technology to prevent and report road accidents that can save life. This research has featured in leading international publications. His research interests are in the areas of Mobile, Ubiquitous and Location aware Computing, ICT in Healthcare and Environmental Monitoring, Wireless Sensor Networks and Social Network Analysis.

| Prof. Naresh Kumar Vishnoi
Naresh Kumar Vishnoi did his Ph.D from H. B. Technological Institute, Kanpur. After completing his Ph.D he joined Christ Church Post Graduate College, Kanpur in 1968. Later he shifted to U.K. under H.S.M.P. programme of the UK Government in 2003-04. He has authored several books on Chemistry – A Text book of Organic Chemistry (with Dr. K. S. Tewari) and Advanced Practical Organic Chemistry (Both published by Vikas Publishing House, New Delhi) and A Text book of Physical Chemistry in 3 volumes (Published by Ane Books, New Delhi). He has developed online internet Chemistry courses for JEE for M/s egurucool.com and medical entrance course for M/S Career Launcher India Ltd.

Prof Harsh Vardhan
Prof Harsh Vardhan is MSc. Statistics, IIT [K], PGDBM [Finance], MDI and Masters in International Trade from IIFT, New Delhi. He has more than 30 years diversified experience of corporate affairs, business development, consultancy and teaching. He has taught Financial Management, IAPM, Project Finance, International Finance, Market Research and Business Analytics. His current area of interest is Financial Econometrics, Quantitative Finance and usage of SPSS & E-views for problem solving. He was an Associate Professor with IILM and has been a visiting faculty to leading B-schools for wide range of courses.
He was Senior Trade Promotion Adviser, British High Commission, New Delhi and has also worked with the private sector companies including Great Eastern Shipping Company & Cyber Media.

Sankersan Sarkar
Sankersan Sarkar is an Assistant Professor at NU. He has 12 years of academic experience and 10 years of experience in the private sector. During his academic tenure he has held Faculty positions in reputed Institutions such as ICFAI University (Hyderabad Headquarters) and Amity Group of Institutions. His area of specialization is Finance and he teaches Security Analysis, Portfolio Management, International Finance and Financial Services. He has submitted his Ph.D thesis in the area of Business Administration at Aligarh Muslim University. Apart from teaching he is also interested in research. Vivek Saxena
Vivek Saxena is M.Sc. (Mathematics) from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur and MBA (Finance) from IBS Hyderabad. He has more than 6 years of Working Experience in various Management and Educational Institutes of repute. Prior to joining NU, he has worked with IILM Gurgaon, LP University, Jalandhar, and Maharani College, Jaipur as Faculty member and Administrator. He has also worked independently with T.I.M.E. Jaipur, Study Point, Jaipur and various other educational Institutes.
His Areas of Expertise includes Security Analysis & Portfolio Management, Banking, Financial Derivatives, Operations Research and International Finance. He guided his students on some research projects / Papers which got published in various Journals and accepted in Seminars.
He is currently the Assistant Professor in Finance at NIIT University.

M.Chandra Shekar
M.Chandra Shekar is currently working as a Faculty in Finance and Accounting area at NIIT University, Neemrana, Rajasthan. Before this, he was an Academic Associate at ISB Hyd in the area of Finance and Accounting. During his stint with ISB he worked with eminent visiting Professors from Kellogg, UCLA and Duke Business schools. He has been groomed for a teaching and research career in management at IIM Ahmedabad, as a Trainee Academic Associate. He has also held during his career span visiting faculty positions at premier business schools like IBS Hyd, Asia GSB.
His area of research interest includes Empirical research in Accounting, Capital Structure, Stock Repurchase, Stock Splits etc. Mr.Shekar holds post graduation in Commerce (Spl. Accounting) & Management and Masters in Philosophy (Spl. Finance) from O.U., Hyd.

Mohit Kumar
Mohit Kumar has passed M Sc (Biotechnology) with distinction from Thapar University. He did his PhD in Biotechnology from Thapar University, after which he served as post doctoral fellow in The NIIT Institute till 2009. He was an Assistant Professor in biotechnology in Lovely Professional University since 2010 before joining NIIT University in 2011.
Dr Mohit is actively working on the development and application of molecular techniques and tools used for isolating, enumerating and monitoring microbial diversity of pollutant degrading and industrial important microorganisms through classical microbiology and metagenomic approach; mining of the novel functional genes for environmental clean-up of organic pollutants like poly aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and pesticides in soil and water. He is also exploring the biofuel through biotechnological intervention.
Dr Mohit has published number of international peer-reviewed articles, book chapters and presented his work in many national and international forums. He is also the member of different biotechnology societies.

Vidu Soni
Dr. Vidu Soni is Professor of HRM & OB and general management at NU. She has over twenty-five years of experience as a teacher, scholar, consultant and a practitioner of Human Resource Management and Organizational Development in the United States. She obtained her Ph.D. from Northern Illinois University and MPA from University of Missouri-Kansas City respectively. Her early education is from Banasthali Vidyapeeth (Rajasthan) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Rajasthan.
Dr. Soni has versatile experience as university faculty and workshop leader. Dr. Soni was a tenured professor at Central Michigan University, Michigan, USA, where she taught full-time for fourteen years. She taught post-graduate courses in public and business administration including HRM, OB, leadership, strategic planning, organizational structure and strategy, cross-cultural management, and public policy. Additionally, she developed and taught Online HRM courses at the same institution. She has developed and taught seminars and workshops for public and private sector managers and executives on leadership, team-building, managing human resources, employment law and regulations, labor negotiations, and diversity management.
Dr. Soni has extensive publication and conference presentation record with numerous book chapters and articles in some of the top peer-reviewed journals in her field. She has presented papers at international conferences in the United States, Japan, Korea, Canada, several European countries, and India. She has been involved in developing international partnerships and faculty exchange programs. She has also been active in internationalizing the campus and curriculum at her previous institutions. Dr. Soni has served in many leadership roles in professional associations in her field in the United States and internationally including “President of Michigan Political Science Association.

Ruzbeh Bodhanwala
Dr. Ruzbeh Bodhanwala is a Ph.D, MBA (Finance), M.Com(ABST) with more than 13 years of experience as an academician and trainer.
At HSBC Equity research, he developed and delivered training programs for equity analyst and was also leading teams on modelling, validation, climate change and Shariah Index. At GENPACT he was a certified trainer for Finance COE and Wachovia banking equity research team on business valuation. He has also been a faculty at FORE school of management and visiting faculty in many prestigious colleges like XLRI, NIFM, Fortune and IITTM. Dr. Bodhanwala’s academic contribution includes research papers published in refereed journals. His research paper was also accepted for presentation at an International conference organized by ICFAI and Philadelphia University in 2005 and two case studies written by him have been published in ICFAI case folio and ICFAI reader. He has also authored four text books for post graduate students, published by Taxmann publishers and Prentice Hall of India.

Puneet Arora
Puneet Arora is a Ph.D in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He has done his post-graduation in Mathematics from Agra University. Prior to joining NIIT University, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow from 2010-2011 in the department of Civil Engineering at UPC Barcelona, Spain. His long-standing areas of interest and specialization include Numerical methods (Finite element, Finite difference), Singularly perturbed differential equations, Mathematical modelling, Operations research. He has six research publications in International Journals of repute. Also, he has presented his research work at NJIT, USA and visited the world’s largest particle physics laboratory CERN at Geneva. Currently, he is an Assistant Professor in Mathematics at NU.

Shernaz Bodhanwala
Shernaz Bodhanwala is a chartered accountant, DISA and M.Com. She is currently Assistant Professor at NIIT University. Prior to joining NU, she was SAVP at Amba Research India (Pvt) Ltd, Bangalore, involved in credit research on High yield companies covering sectors like Marine transportation, Oilfield services, Real estate and Airlines. Majority of the work involved detailed credit modeling, covenant analysis and report writing for the clients of large Investment banks and broker houses. She is well-versed in applying S&P and Moody’s methodologies on credit rating. She has also been instrumental in team handling and delivering training.
From 2004 to 2007, she was a practicing chartered accountant in the areas of auditing and taxation. She has also had a stint in teaching to ICFAI MBA students (part-time) and CA Inter students on papers such as advanced accounting, direct tax and corporate Law.
