Dr. Harvinder Singh, a senior software architect with Hartford Life in Tokyo, made a special trip to the NU campus on January 4, 2010 to say Konichiwa (hello) to the super bright B-Tech students. He shared with them his experiences as an Indian professional working in Japan, providing the students insights on how things worked in that country.

Committed to continuously evaluating its existing curriculum, NU hosted three curriculum workshops covering the CSE, ICT and BT Programmes. Held on 11, 12 and 25 January, 2010 respectively, the workshops featured eminent experts from leading academic institutions and industry.
